fair or not fair..!!

i dun understand...why people getting so racist nowdays?what they get by being like dat..a simple example,my varsity lecturers are revenging us by giving low marks when we suppose have to get high marks because we work for it...its all jus because of the same batik,n tarian pendet case...isit fair??PBB had declair batik as theirs n still  why dey so emo??we also can be emo,by sending all the indonesian workers back here but we didnt..y our good value is always invisible for them n bad values always become a big spot?a human have to respect an another human in order to be a respectfull human...why they cant apply this value..isit so hard for them..disgracefull...
